Description

This 1963 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster is the rare alloy-engine, disc-brake variant, among the most desirable of the model's production run, finished in factory-correct white with a black hardtop and a patinaed original black leather interior. It carries numbers-matching chassis, body, gearbox, and axles, and was restored by the consignor's team around 2023; the car was acquired out of Denmark and spent over 40 years as the centerpiece of the late Hollywood producer James G. Robinson's personal collection. It is offered at no reserve with its original data card copy, hardtop, tools, and fitted luggage, showing 26,459 miles.
