Description
This 1957 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster is the first production example of the model, retained initially by Mercedes-Benz for the car's public debut at the 1957 Geneva Motor Show before being sold to the US market later that year. It is finished in Fire Engine Red over a Black leather interior with Red seat and door panel piping, and retains numbers-matching chassis, engine, body, front axles, and steering box, verified by the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center in June 2026. The car shows 42 miles and is offered at reserve.
